• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. SkyBridge AI LLC is not responsible for any charges you incur from your carrier.

• Carrier Availability: SMS service availability depends on your mobile carrier. We are not liable for delays or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues or network outages.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist your business. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI output before publishing or sending it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkyBridge AI LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SkyBridge AI LLC in the 30 days preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkyBridge AI LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

• Any content or information you submit through our services

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
